Terms and policies

Everyone on bemy.fans agrees to the same three documents. You can read them any time, signed in or not. They're linked at the bottom of Settings, and the Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy are also at the bottom of the bemy.fans home page.

  • Terms of Service: the agreement between you and bemy.fans. It covers who can use bemy.fans (adults only), your account, what bemy.fans is, what creators are responsible for, ID verification, plans and payments, ending your account, and the legal parts.
  • Acceptable Use Policy: what's allowed and what isn't. In short: adults only, consent first, a list of content that isn't allowed even between consenting adults, no harassment, no asking members to pay you outside bemy.fans, and no sharing anyone's private photos or information.
  • Content and Model Release: your content stays yours. You give bemy.fans permission to store it and show it only to the people you choose, and you promise that everyone in what you post is an adult who agreed to it.

A fourth, the Biometric Data Notice and Consent, is only for members who choose the automatic ID check. See Verify your ID.

If you're a creator

The Terms and the Content and Model Release say what creators are responsible for:

  • You verify your ID before you go live, record, or appear on camera.
  • You're responsible for everything you post, stream and send, and for everyone who appears in it.
  • Anyone who appears with you (a collab) must be an adult who agreed to appear, and to who will see it. Before they do, they verify their own ID on bemy.fans, or you get their signed release and a copy of their government ID showing they're 18 or older.
  • You keep those records for as long as the content is on bemy.fans, and for seven years after, and give them to bemy.fans if asked.

When you agree

  • New members tick a box when they create their account. See Create your account.
  • When a document changes, bemy.fans shows Our terms have changed the next time you open the site or app, with each document to read and its version. Read them, tick the box, and tap Agree and continue. Until you do, the rest of bemy.fans waits.
  • When only the company details change (the company that runs bemy.fans, its address, or the law that applies), the screen says We’ve updated who runs bemy.fans instead. Nothing else in the terms has changed. Agree the same way.

Each document shows its version and the date it took effect at the top. A version ending in .1, .2 and so on (like 2026-10-17.1) has the same text as before, with new company details. bemy.fans keeps a record of which version you agreed to and when.

If you don't agree

You can't keep using bemy.fans without agreeing, but you're never stuck: on the terms screen you can sign out, or delete your account with your password (Delete for good). Deleting removes your profile, posts, photos, videos and messages. See Account settings.
